Fall Harmony Challenge


Overview:

Fall is a time to seek balance and harmony, a time to release physical and emotional baggage and to cleanse and prepare for a period of deep introspection. In this post, I will provide you with details about my upcoming Fall Harmony Challenge. Find out what it is and how you can participate.


Issue:

As a nation, we've experienced, witnessed or heard about some extremely heavy situations recently. Anytime I hear about planned executions and wild political news, it becomes a lot for me. In North Carolina, there have been weather catastrophes in both the eastern and western quadrants of the state, in just a matter of a few days. These instances have crippled the intra and interstate transportation systems and disrupted life for a vast number of people.


Then there is this obsession with creating entertainment that's based on real life tragedy, and it has taken on a new low. I know horror and suspense has always been a thing but seems like the message and amount of triggering material has been amplified to the degree of, "that's wild!" I love a good action-packed movie/series, but I find myself saying I'll pass on quite a few things.


I will keep this space diddy safe and not even mention the allegations that we've been privy to hear/read about.


However, I will say that all of this information can be hard on your mind, body and spirt and much of it can cause a triggering reaction/response. A trigger is defined as an event, circumstance or information that causes someone deep emotional distress. While it is natural to have triggering reactions, the magnitude of the reaction varies by individual. You can do the healing work to better manage your reactions. Beginning October 7th, I am starting the Fall Harmony Challenge. This challenge can be found in the book, The Complete Natural Medicine Guide to Women's Health. The Fall Program consists of caring for your Lungs, Large Intestine, Skin and the Metal Element. This is a free challenge that will take place in my private Facebook Group, Women Leaders: Peace, Power and Authenticity. As you know, prime physical health is an essential part of success. I will provide all the information that you need for recipes, health screenings and cleanses. The Fall program goes from September 23rd through December 20th. We're starting a little late, but WE ARE STARTING.

Use this week, to set your intentions for the challenge. What do you need to release and why? What has been bugging you, aggravating you, or causing unnecessary stress in your life.
