Dealing With Unreasonable Requests

Sometimes people will ask you to do or put up with some pretty unreasonable things. It could be a spouse, parent, child or co-worker. Who the culprit is really doesn't matter. The real issue is the request. If you're being asked to do something that is above your call of duty, you have a duty to your personal peace, to speak up. The line between being a yes-man or yes-woman and being an extremely helpful person is thin.
