My second go to for self-care is to Take a Walk!
There are so many useful benefits to getting outside in nature to take a walk. Not only does it allow you to redirect your energy when conflicts arise, walking strengthens your bones, improves muscle endurance and helps you to maintain a healthy weight.
I try my hardest to start my day with a good brisk walk, but If I do not walk in the morning, I shoot for a mid-day stroll.
Next time you're feeling a little feisty, talk a walk, redirect your energy and come back "cooler than a polar bear's toenails" (All my OutKast fans out there understand this reference LOL!)
